Test Anxiety
How do you feel you take an important exam?
Are you relaxed, although a little nervous, and
able to concentrate on the test-questions? Or do
you find your stomach clenches, your palms
sweat, and/or you forget everything you knew
before you entered the building?
Sometimes well-prepared people receive low
scores on examinations because of test anxiety.
If this has been your experience, please explore
the pages and links at the left of this page.
Test anxiety can be controlled; we hope one of
these methods will work for you.
